A flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 USD applies to all non tracked package orders within Canada and the US. International NON TRACKED shipping is a flat rate of $7.50.

TRACKED PACKAGE SHIPPING
Tracked Package shipping is $10.00 USD within Canada and the US and includes a tracking code sent along with the order fulfillment email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for racking codes to activate.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST) with the exception of holidays and weekends. Please allow up to 48 business hours for orders to be processed. All delivery times are estimates. Transit times vary based on the time of year, environmental factors and the shipping method selected, please refer to the charts above for additional information. Flirtatious Lashes is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages; or any packages not delivered due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, environmental factors, or any event that is out of our control. Full transaction refunds are only offered on packages that are returned and unopened due to the failure of delivery. Any undelivered packages that are not received back to our warehouse can only be refunded in the form of a store credit, shipping/handling fees will not be refunded. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. A request for address or order changes within 48 business hours may be considered but not guaranteed.
For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
