STORE POLICY

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST) with the exception of holidays and weekends. Please allow 48 business hours for processing before your item is shipped. For more information on shipping please visit our Shipping Details section.

SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

Flirtatious Lashes is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages; or any packages not delivered due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, environmental factors, or any event that is out of our control. Full transaction refunds are only offered on packages that are returned and unopened due to the failure of delivery. Any undelivered packages that are not received back to our warehouse can only be refunded in the form of a store credit, shipping/handling fees will not be refunded. Due to sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges on opened or used items.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. For damaged item(s), please contact us at info@shopflirtatiouslashes.com.

All orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, a request for changes within 24 of purchase will be considered, but not guaranteed.
